Before making a reservation with us, do take the time to read and understand the T & C provided below. To make sure you are aware of the itinerary, level of comfort, and physical requirements of the trip you are taking, we highly recommend that you thoroughly read everything regarding your trip on our website before making a reservation.

OUR CONTRACT

Every reservation is done through Pooja Travel. You are considered to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which represent the whole agreement between you and us) by making a reservation with us in writing, by phone, electronically (online), or in person. We will accept your reservation based on this understanding. The services that will be offered are those listed in your booking confirmation invoice. The client is also responsible for verifying that the information on any invoices or confirmations is accurate and complete after receiving them. Any errors must be notified right once to Pooja Travel. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred as a result of failing to report.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

A DEPOSIT IS NECESSARY

For your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay a per-person, per-trip non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The entire fee is due at the time of booking if your reservation is booked less than 15 days before your scheduled departure. Please be aware that some trips may require a larger deposit.

ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING AND FINAL PAYMENTS

BOOKING AND FINAL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED

We will send you a confirmation invoice if we accept your reservation. If you book within seven days of your departure, a contract will be in effect as soon as we accept your deposit. Otherwise, a contract will be in existence when we provide the confirmation invoice. For information on final payments, please refer to the invoice that accompanied your booking confirmation. 15 days before the departure date, the remaining balance of the trip cost is payable. Please be aware that for some excursions, full payment may be expected sooner. We reserve the right to declare your reservation as cancelled if this balance is not paid by the deadline if at all possible.

YOUR DETAILS

You must supply the remaining payment for the trip together with all the needed information for us to confirm your travel plans. The necessary information includes your entire name as it appears on your passport, your date of birth, your nationality, your passport number, the date your passport was issued, the expiration date of your passport, and any existing medical issues that would prevent you from making your travel plans. Without the submission of this information, your reservation cannot be verified.

Your trip's cost does not include:

Flights outside of the country or within the country unless otherwise specified

Airport transfers, taxes, and excess baggage fees unless otherwise stated

Meals that are not included on the website

Passport and visa costs

Travel Insurance

Optional activities and all personal costs

Variable and seasonal pricing, which are both common practices in the travel business, may apply to our trip costs. This implies that depending on supply, demand, market conditions, and availability, our travel rates may change at any time. Other passengers on the same journey may have paid various prices. If you like the price you see, booking at that moment is your best choice. If you pay the required deposit before the quote expires, the pricing will be locked in once you've received it. After you have paid your deposit, you are not eligible for any price reductions or discounts.  Conditions for cancellation apply. Our website has the most recent pricing information accessible.

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is the client's responsibility to review them frequently. The Company's website always has the most recent terms and conditions, which replace any earlier versions.
