Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our family recently travelled to Ooty and had booked around nine rooms at a resort. Since our group included elderly family members, middle-aged adults and youngsters, one of our biggest concerns was food. Some preferred less spicy food, some followed a no-onion, no-garlic diet, and everyone had different meal timings.
Pooja Travel came up with a wonderful solution. They arranged a nearby cottage with a kitchen and dining area and organised a cooking team for the entire duration of our stay. The cottage was within walking distance of the resort and soon became our family's favourite gathering place.
Every morning started with fresh tea, followed by breakfast served according to everyone's convenience. Some days we enjoyed idli, chutney and sambar, while on other days there was poha, aloo paratha or toast with butter and jam. Lunches and dinners were simple, fresh and prepared according to our preferences. Evening tea and snacks brought everyone together again.
The biggest advantage was the flexibility. The elderly members could eat early, the youngsters could eat later, and dietary preferences were easily accommodated. We never had to worry about restaurant timings or whether suitable food would be available.
The cottage owner even allowed us to enjoy an evening bonfire, which became one of the highlights of the trip.
This arrangement made our Ooty holiday far more comfortable and enjoyable than a typical resort stay. A special thanks to Pooja Travel for understanding our family's needs and creating a solution that worked perfectly for all of us.
I would highly recommend Pooja Travel for family holidays, senior citizen trips and customised group tours.
